Never miss another lead 

Whether your next member reaches out at 11 a.m. or 11 p.m., Yardi Kube now answers.  

The Yardi Kube Sales Agent meets prospects where they are: on the web, over email, by voice or by text. The Sales Agent answers their questions and helps them find, schedule and book the right space, while accounting for pricing and availability.  

Your prospects get the same experience on every channel. The Sales Agent replies within minutes from a dedicated email address or from a phone number that supports live two-way calls. You can monitor any open thread from your Operator Portal and step in at any time to help a prospect secure a space.  

After every interaction, the Sales Agent saves the full conversation history to the prospect’s activity record, including any details the prospect shared. You never have to copy and paste and no context is lost.  

The optional Advanced Tours component lets prospects see available spaces in a single view and book a tour with the Sales Agent. You can manage those tours from the Community Dashboard, the dedicated Tours Dashboard or the prospect’s Activity Feed. At busy locations, assign property managers and sales reps to host tours so every prospect is accounted for. 

Redesigned Member Portal homepage 

Give members a homepage worth returning to 

First impressions matter and your members see this page every day. 

The Member Portal homepage has been completely rebuilt with a modern layout, streamlined side navigation and at-a-glance widgets for upcoming bookings, events and community updates. Members find what they need faster, and your space feels as polished online as it does in person. 

Members also gain a new Credit Notes section in the Billing & Payments menu, where they can download credit notes and view allocation status just like invoices. This means fewer billing questions for your team and more transparency for your members.

Self-renewals 

Keep revenue flowing without the renewal scramble 

Self-renewals are now available, letting contracts renew on configurable terms without manual intervention from your team. A new settings view shows all current self-renewal discount configurations in one place, viewable on screen or exportable for review. Contact your Yardi Kube support channel to request your self-renewal configuration. 

Tour scheduling 

Turn browsers into visitors 

You can now set whether each space can be toured, booked or both, directly from space pricing settings. Prospects viewing a space in the portal can request a tour or contact your team to learn more first, and requests flow straight into your pipeline using your existing tour workflows and templates. If you run your own website, this capability is fully supported via API. 

Smarter contract automation 

Less chasing and faster signatures

When a contract receives final approval, Yardi Kube now automatically sends the ySign Express signing request, removing a manual step between approval and execution. A new ySign setting also lets you collect payment method information when a member signs their contract, so payment details arrive in the same flow as the signature. 

Self-service is smarter too. When members add a membership through the Member Portal, Yardi Kube now routes them through ySign Express to review and sign the amendment. You stay in control of where self-service options appear, with new settings to enable membership additions in the Operator Portal, the Member Portal or both. 

Granular permissions and controls 

Control who sees what 

New property-level permissions let you show or hide: 

• Bank account columns on the accounting page 

• The payment processing setup menu 

• The Pay Now, Bill Later and Invoice Now options during booking 

Additional permissions cover editing and canceling open desk check-ins from the Community Dashboard. Sensitive financial information and operational controls stay visible only to the roles that need them. 

Additional platform improvements 

Small changes that remove daily friction 

The summer update also includes several ease-of-use improvements: 

• Space pricing can now be reviewed directly from the Spaces Dashboard without opening each record 

• Member custom fields have increased from 20 to 50 

• A quick search field has been added to the Membership menu 

• Coupons can now return to the available count when a booking is canceled 

• A default credit note template streamlines customization 

• The Email Correspondence report now retains your filters and navigation when viewing records, the first of several reporting experience improvements on the way
