Connecting Yardi Kube and HubSpot
Getting started with the integration is quick and straightforward. Once connected, your HubSpot account will begin capturing inquiry, booking, and eCommerce activity from your Yardi Kube Prospect Portal.
To connect your accounts:
- Go to your Personal Profile menu in Yardi Kube and click System Settings.
- Navigate to Customer Portals > Prospect tab > HubSpot Integration tab.
- Click Connect, then sign into your HubSpot account.
- Choose the HubSpot account you’d like to connect and authorize the app.
- Once connected, configure which HubSpot fields will capture property, inquiry details, and activity types.
- Select the pipeline and deal stages for new inquiries and completed purchases.
- Click Save Settings to complete the setup.
