Operators should look at what they\u2019re doing in commercial real estate. Is it the same old thing? Look at flex \u2013 we&#8217;re providing everything to the occupier, but we&#8217;ve taken it to the next level. So, in terms of the opportunity, they&#8217;re so far ahead that if they continue to evolve and they continue to listen, they will remain ahead of the curve. In terms of a threat, there are some large companies that have evolved and are doing it well \u2013 but they are in a box-seat.
