Yardi is delighted to announce that Yardi Kube<\/a> has been shortlisted for the Flexible Space Association\u2019s Award for Technology Innovation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This award recognises excellence in delivering technology-driven projects that are innovative and deliver benefits to customers and to the running of the workspace. The winner of the award will be announced at the Flexible Space Association\u2019s Gala Dinner on Thursday, November 24.<\/p>\n\n\n

The judging panel was chaired by the Chairman of the Association\u2019s Board, Freya Cross, who commented: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was very pleased with the large number of entries we received this year, from Flexible Space Association members of every size. They felt a real celebration of the best of the flexible workspace industry, and there were some very hard decisions for the judging panel to take in deciding on the finalists.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThank you to everyone who took the time to enter and I\u2019m looking forward to presenting the awards to the winners at our Gala Dinner at the end of the month.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other judges were Ian Calder<\/strong>, founder and former owner of Centrix, a technology vendor to flexible workspace operators; Gareth Evans<\/strong>, formerly CEO of BizSpace and now a consultant and NED; Liz Hamson<\/strong>, formerly editor of Property Week, who has recently launched BE Content Solutions, and Sophie Turnbull<\/strong>, Commercial Director at Work.Life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yardi Kube is an end-to-end solution that provides one platform for everything from member management, meeting room bookings and access control to accounting, security and maintenance and helps you consolidate procurement. Operators can manage all their workspaces from one location and gain better visibility as it provides the tools to manage a coworking and flexible space at the click of a button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yardi Kube is the only space management software with integrated accounting. Our solution combines everything from member management through to financial accounting and includes a member app for multi-vendor door access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The member app allows members to self-serve, book their own desks and meeting rooms and it\u2019s able to utilise Access Control so members can access flex spaces 24\/7 and can work how they prefer rather than during 9-5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yardi Kube integrates with access control systems, such as Salto KS, KISI and BRIVO. Clients can create access groups and passes with Yardi Kube and save time setting up new members. Members can use the app to access meeting rooms out of hours without the need for reception staff to be onsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Janthea Griffin, operations director for 2-Work<\/a> said, \u201cYardi is kind of cradle to grave \u2013 it helps us manage an enquiry when it lands as we\u2019ve got the CRM there. It helps us manage the leads coming in through to our client signing the contract and moving through to the ongoing customer communication. Having door access control was a big part of it as well as it makes the whole process a lot slicker. It was the fact that it wasn\u2019t two, three or four systems that we needed to integrate.
