It\u2019s a pleasure to support the market with a piece of technology that offers such a forward-thinking approach to member management and daily coworking tasks. I especially like that that the product offers a member\u2019s portal and an operator\u2019s portal to streamline the daily lives for both parties. Kube also is the only technology on the market that offers a fully connected end-to-end system which includes property management and accounting as well as space management. <\/td><\/tr>
Number of years\u2019 experience in flexible workspace? <\/strong><\/td>13 years and counting. My experience in the market with technology companies has put me in good stead to understand the ins and outs of what is required from coworking technology. <\/td><\/tr>
Favourite thing about working for Yardi?<\/strong><\/td>The culture at Yardi is clear to see even in my short time with the business. I also truly believe in the product and can see it transforming the businesses of leading operators in the flexible workspace sector.<\/td><\/tr>

Top tip for keeping members happy? <\/strong><\/td>Listening is key. Get to know your members and understand how they wish to use your space. Why did they choose to walk through the doors of your building rather than your competitors?
